Everton FC

This is just a collection of my reflections on Everton FC. Lifelong fan and this is my blog about the team I support. Being from Liverpool, football plays a large part of the cultural framework of how family and friends interact. Football in Liverpool binds family and friends together, across the Blue/Red divide. Having the craic about the games during the week and the friendly rivalry bind and confirm relationships. People in the city of Liverpool have seen hard times and during those times humour and love of the two teams in the city have helped people to get through those times. Everton FC does tremendous work in the community in Liverpool. A lot more than many premier league clubs. Being an Everton FC supporter is a ride, in many ways. Ups and Downs are all part of the deal. But bring it on, COYB!

Allan and Doucouré prioritised.

Jarrad Branthwaite at centre back, helps Carlo Ancelotti prioritise Allan and Doucouré as potential midfield signings. Everton’s transfer business in this window is going to be a drawn out affair. Completing the signings of midfield duo Allan and Doucouré are key to Ancelotti’s plans. Priorities have been reassessed. After long months of wooing the Lille …
